Module 1 with three to five of your leaders from different teams. Each produces the first input, Direction, for their own team. In the live sessions the group holds those against the company's Direction, and sees whether each one feeds it. Two live sessions, and a read-out of how the group sets direction.

WHAT THE PILOT IS
The first input, from the company down to each team.
Bole builds a decision from six inputs, in sequence. Module 1 produces the first: Direction, what the decision is for, stated so it can be held to. The decision itself is made through the five inputs that follow.
A team's Direction derives from the company's. In the pilot, each leader produces the Direction for their own team, at their own pace. In the live sessions the group works on the company's Direction and each leader tests whether their team's Direction is a true derivative of it, one that feeds it rather than runs beside it. Where the team Directions connect to the company's, and where they do not, is the read-out.
