Who is this program for?

Leadership by Design™ is designed for founders and executive teams operating in complex, high-consequence environments.
It is most valuable for growth-stage companies (75–400 employees) and business unit leaders navigating scaling pressure, cross-functional misalignment, and strategic ambiguity.
This is not entry-level leadership training. It is for decision-makers whose misalignment is becoming expensive.

How is the program structured?

Leadership by Design™ is a self-paced decision discipline system delivered through the Leadership by Design Academy platform.
Each module includes:
  • 5–8 minute focused video lessons
  • A 60-page interactive workbook
  • Downloadable tools and decision templates
  • Applied case studies
  • Leadership in Action scenarios

Modules can be taken individually or as a complete system.
Together, they form a structured decision architecture.

How long does it take to complete?

Most participants move through a module over 1–2 weeks, investing 30–45 minutes per day in structured application.
The program is designed for working executives. It can be accelerated or paced depending on the urgency of your current decision environment.

Do I need to take the modules in order?

No.
Each module addresses a specific decision discipline: direction, constraint, expansion, evaluation, alignment, or execution.
However, the six modules are designed as a sequence. Completing all six provides the full decision architecture.

Can I purchase multiple seats for my team or organization?

Yes.
Leadership by Design™ offers group and enterprise licensing for executive teams and business units.

Do I need the CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder) assessment to participate?

No.
The system functions independently of any assessment.
Strengths are used as operating bias calibration, helping leaders recognize and regulate predictable decision distortions under pressure.
If desired, CliftonStrengths® can deepen that reflection, but it is optional.

Is this program based on research?

Yes.
Leadership by Design™ integrates established foundations in Creative Problem Solving (CPS), design thinking, and strengths psychology with two decades of applied strategy and executive-level innovation experience.
The focus is practical decision discipline, not theory alone.

Can I access the program from anywhere?

Yes.
The program is fully digital and accessible globally through the Leadership by Design Academy platform.

What happens after I enroll?

You receive immediate access to your selected module(s), including all videos, workbooks, and downloadable tools.
There are no fixed start dates or deadlines.

Do I get lifetime access?

Yes.
